Our packages:
Home Breastfeeding Consultation
I work in collaboration with your LMC and/or GP as requested.
The Initial Breastfeeding Consultation usually takes around 45 mins.
At the conclusion of your visit, I will email you a summary of the consultation and our newly devised plan so that you have a handy reference when implementing the changes.
Following your initial home visit, you are not flying solo. I can stay in touch during the week to provide support and advice with email or phone (see add on support package).
If further lactation support is required, a follow-up visit can arranged. I may also refer you to a Paediatrician if I believe there may be an underlying medical concern.
Most private health funds will provide rebates for services provided by a Certified Lctation Consultant if you have specialist cover. (Inquire with your health fund prior to consultation) An invoice will be emailed and payment required on the day following consultation.
Email Breastfeeding Consultation
If you feel you just need an email consultation rather than a home visit ie just have a few questions you need answered.
Phone Breastfeeding Consultation
These are suitable for clients who do not need a home visit or hands on assistance with checking the latch etc but just need to discuss a plan moving forward.
