Terms of Sale + Returns

Prices are in NZD and include GST.

When a sale is held on the website, we cannot refund the difference in price for purchases completed before the sale or after the sale has ended. The sale period is on set dates and is advertised accordingly.

Pre-orders - by placing a pre-order you are deemed to agree to MTM charging the full price of the products to you on release. If you wish to cancel your pre order you can do so within 14 days of the date the order was placed for a full refund. If the preorder item was on sale and you want to cancel within 14 days we can offer you a store credit. We do not refund on sale items. 

Orders containing any combination of pre-order items and in stock items will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery of your goods. We use the date documented by the courier for confirmed delivery of your goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Late returns will not be accepted. You must return your item via tracked delivery. We cannot process a refund for any parcels that go missing. Items MUST be in original packaging, unused and unopened. If any product is returned in a less than perfect condition your return will be rejected. You will not be refunded and your item will be returned at your expense. SALE items cannot be returned. Breast pumps, accessories and sterilisers can ONLY be returned if all packaging remains unopened.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and shipping charges are non refundable. Once we receive your item it will need to be checked to ensure your return is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the goods back. You will be notified via email. Please do not contact us before 7 working days.  
  • You also will be notified if your return is rejected. This decision is final.
  • You must provide an order number for your refund as proof of purchase. We cannot process a refund if you purchased elsewhere.
  • Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or a different payment method. 

As we do not guarantee nor stipulate that our products will 100% increase your milk supply, no refunds or replacements will be given to those who are dissatisfied with the results of increased or lack thereof milk production.

Please note: many factors can contribute to low milk supply resulting in disappointing milk expressing amounts. Please seek advice from a LC, Midwife or your GP if needed. Low expressing volumes do not necessarily mean the pump is faulty.

Warranty for Bellema products is 12 months.

-Breast pump warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase. 
-warranty is against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
-does not cover damage against general wear and tear, physical or natural damage, accident, misuse, neglect or other external causes
-warranty does not cover consumable parts
-if there is a fault, please use the trouble shooting guide and email
hello@morethanmilk.co.nz immediately if you are still having issues and we can assist.
-please allow up to 24 hours for a response during business hours.
-testing of your breast pump - please allow 5 working days from when it arrives to us to complete this.
-if there is a fault found your breast pump will be repaired or replaced. We do not offer a refund.
-pumps are a single user product, pumps being used by multiple users will void your warranty. The warranty is only valid for the person whom purchased the item.

*We reserve the right to repair or replace in the first instance rather than provide money back refunds in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act

More Than Milk will repair any faulty products in the first instance, but may opt to replace with a new product if we deem it necessary to do so. The product must be shipped to us for inspection. We understand you may need your pump asap and we will work fast to complete this process as soon as we can.

Testing of a breast pump/Steriliser -cost of freight is the customers. If there is a fault found with the product, this cost can be refunded with proof of receipt showing tracking details.

Any new, unopened parts for the breast pump are non-refundable. These can be returned for a store credit.

Consumables and parts are not covered by the 12 month warranty, as they often require replacement after around 3 months of use. As stated above we will comply with our obligations under the CGA in relation to these products.

Please note that any loss of suction is likely due to how you may have assembled the parts or damage during incorrect sterilisation.
