Is my baby waking overnight because I'm breastfeeding?

There are so many reasons your baby or toddler may wake throughout the night; too hot, too cold, hungry, lonely, teething, milestone, developmental leap, growth spurt.......
Night time wakings are normal, especially in the early weeks and months as you are establishing your milk supply and baby is learning to breastfeed. As baby grows and develops, babies can learn to sleep in longer stretches, both for naps and night time.
As parents, we have many decisions to make. To breastfeed or not. To co sleep or not. To on demand feed 24/7 or not. All personal/family decisions. One no more right than the other. Just the one that works for you, your baby, and your family. And, remember, those decisions can change a million times. You can try different things and see which is best. And trying different things is OK!
