  • It does not cover parts, general wear and tear, physical or natural damage, accidents, misuse, neglect, or other external causes.
  • Breast pumps are not guaranteed to increase milk production, as every mum’s journey is unique.
  • If a fault is found, we will repair or replace your pump after a thorough assessment.
  • Pumps are designed for single-user use only—using them for multiple users will void the warranty.
  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the item.
