Do I need a pumping bra? Yes - we recommend using this pump with a pumping bra so you aren't stuck holding each side!
What flange sizes come with the pump? The included shield inserts are 25mm. To size up you can purchase 28mm shield inserts, and to size down you can purchase either 21mm shield inserts - or we have a range of flange inserts in the following sizes: 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm.
Whats the difference between a flange and a shield? The shield is the main piece that sits against your breast. Our shield inserts for this pump are a singular piece that is attached to the valve. Flange inserts slip inside the shield to make the tunnel smaller for your nipple size... like a boobie belt!
How much milk will I get? Every mum is different! This pump is designed to help you boost supply - but we can't guarantee that as there are so many factors involved! Our best tip for milk production - don't put pressure on yourself!
Will it leak? All our pumps are designed to be leak-proof. Obviously we can't fight gravity so as long the pump is set-up correctly (and you aren't lying down, or doing yoga) you'll have no leakage!

Our pumps come with a 12-month warranty (from the day of purchase) - because feeding gear should work as hard as you do.
If there’s a fault due to a mechanical issue, we’ll repair or replace it after assessment.
Because pumps come into contact with bodily fluids, we can’t offer refunds but we can repair or replace your pump if there is a genuine issue. Please note parts, general wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
