I offer one on one support in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I will do an assessment and identify the cause of the problem and write an individual plan for you moving forward with solutions to correct the issues.

The Initial Consultation usually takes around 45 mins.
At the conclusion of your visit, I will email you a summary of the consultation and our newly devised plan so that you have a handy reference when implementing the changes.
Following your initial home visit, you are not flying solo. I can stay in touch during the week to provide support and advice with email or phone (see add on support package).
If further support is required, a follow-up visit can arranged. I may also refer you to a Paediatrician if I believe there may be an underlying medical concern.
$200 for the Initial Consultation. Consultations include the In Home consultation for 45 mins and also the emailed summary with a plan moving forward.
$50 add on support package - this is a week of unlimited phone and email support post the In Home Consultation.
Most private health funds will provide rebates for services provided by a Certified lactation Consultant if you have specialist cover. (Enquire with your health fund prior to consultation) An invoice will be emailed and payment required on the day following consultation.

More than Milk will complete returns in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Most items are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons once shipped.
Shipping Costs are Non Refundable.
More than Milk will repair any faulty products in the first instance, but may opt to replace with a new product if we deem it necessary to do so. The product must be shipped to us for inspection. We understand you may need your pump asap and we will work fast to complete this process as soon as we can.
Reminder: Consumable parts (Shields, Lines, Membranes and Bottles) are not covered under the warranty and are non-refundable. Any loss of suction issues are likely due to an assembly of the consumable parts or damage during incorrect sterilisation.
Many of these consumable parts do require replacement typically after 3 months use.
