SHIPPING INFO
We offer fast, economical shipping across New Zealand. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order items). Shipping cut off is 2pm for overnight delivery. We use Post Haste, Castle Parcels and NZ Couriers, they deliver Monday-Friday.
RATES
Flat Rate Shipping throughout NZ of $8.95. Chatham Islands - $15
Australia - Flat rate, tracked postage $30
*MTM Sterilisers attract an oversize fee of $15.
SHIPPING TIMES
South Island shipping is generally overnight. The rest of New Zealand usually takes 1-3 business days for packages to arrive.
Australia orders allow 3-7 working days.
Please allow additional days if you are rural or if you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
We also offer OVERNIGHT COURIER options on our items if you need something urgently. You can choose this option at checkout.
Please note:
- Delivery targets are guides only. We do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination with the delivery target.
- All parcels are delivered by Post Haste, Castle Parcels or NZ Couriers.
- For overnight orders they must be placed before 2pm to be delivered the next day.
- Our standard delivery service requires a signature.
