How can dad's help?

My general rule: leaving the feeding to mum (until it's time to introduce bottles if you wanting to), and dad/support person can help with everything else;

1. Change nappies
2. Change baby's clothes
3. Grocery shop
4. Cook
5. Laundry
6. Take over the household jobs
7. Take baby after feeding so mum can shower, sleep. etc

Basically, dad/support person you can help mum so much more by taking over everything else other than feedings until it's time to help with bottles. Let mum sit on the couch and read, binge on a new show, or sleep so she can recover while you look after bub.
